MAXX is a comprehensive tool for the administration and control of back-office and front-office.
A program intended for financial advisors that reduces labour demands, it digitises and automates processes in key areas.
The system processes any number of financial products from various financial institutions (insurance, investments, building savings schemes, supplementary pension insurance, loans or banking products) and is created in such a way that it fully covers the requirements of financial product sales personnel, regardless of the size and type of distribution network and means of organising sales (from Multi-Level Marketing MLM to a flat organisational model).
One of the key modules of the system, it ensures administration of the core of contracts and clients. It allows the entry and import of new contracts and, if need be, automatic updating directly from institutions. In this way, it is possible to monitor the entire life cycle, from agreeing to termination. Using this module, it is also possible to manage interventions, get warnings about at-risk contracts, generate contract guides, and generate the source data for the investment journal according to the Czech National Bank. This module also ensures the compliance of the entire MAXX system with the requirements of the GDPR data protection regulation.
The module is closely linked with other MAXX system modules, such as activity management, lead management, and administration of product licences.
This module ensures this key functionality, in terms of administration of own distribution network. It administers incoming commissions from financial institutions and allocates them in the sales network according to designated rules.
The module allows complex and very fine configuration of the commission conditions of a sales network. It archives all commission conditions, generates overviews, statements, and generates commission statements and payment orders for payments to advisors. It contains an overview of the current state of expected, received, and paid commissions. It administers the reserve fund, records non-commission income and expenditure of advisors and has many other functions.
The module allows the effective management of the distribution network. It contains the hierarchical structure of the advisors/intermediaries in the context of a sales team, including their complete history, and configures their behaviour in the context of the MAXX application. All the information is focused on the so-called “Advisor’s card”, making it possible to gain an overview and configure the behaviour of an advisor in one place. It contains this information:
The module also provides a complete overview to team managers and back office workers.
Using the certification module, it is possible to manage and control the process of the allocation of product (and other) policies to advisors, including their dynamic “contracting”. It checks the fulfilment of defined conditions for attaining and maintaining product policy by the advisor. On this basis, it automatically activates/deactivates the policy in the agreeing or recommending mode.
It is closely linked with the Notification module, which informs the advisor and superior of the impending expiry of a certificate’s validity or about the end of a policy’s validity.
The Certification module ensures that the advisors/intermediaries carry out their activities only if they meet all the conditions required for the sale of financial products. This is attained while ensuring at the same time a minimisation of the demands for back office personnel.
Robust associated module, not only for planning of activities and administration of the salesman’s contacts. Its foundation is a modern calendar with all the currently required functions and linkage of activities directly to contacts, clients or contracts. The calendar can be shared, as can its contacts, and these can also be lent and transferred between advisors. Activities can also be planned directly from the “client card” or “salesman card” in the relevant modules of the MAXX system. Naturally it is also possible to record the results of activities, and there is the possibility for team managers to monitor and manage the performance of a sales network.
Lead management allows the central distribution of leads in the context of campaigns in the sales network, on the basis of previous activities.

With the Career module you can manage the career progression of each intermediary. The system provides following functionalities:
The career of intermediary can be linked to other functionalities of the system, such as the commission core.
The statistics module contains a standard set of statistics and the possibility to individually define any statistical outputs of system entities and overviews from many differing aspects (production, individual, team, company, points, gross, net, target amount, investment etc.).
All the data can be filtered, ordered, exported, and printed.
It manages the process of organising and administering educational events of the intermediation firm, such as training, seminars, and courses. It makes it possible to plan an event, create its programme, and offer these trainings to the advisory network. Based on this offer, the advisors can sign up for an event. The module then sends email notifications and allows recording of attendance and feedback from the tutor.
Linkage to other modules of the system is ensured, such as activity management, certification, and product licences.
The library ensures user access to the central document store in the MAXX system. Users can save and download various types of documents relating to products, commission, internal directives, company processes, etc. Naturally it is also possible to manage the directory structure and authorisation definitions for various folders and documents.
Tool enabling the holding of various internet competitions in a sales network, on the basis of values of a selected statistical parameter in a certain calendar period.
Expansion of the module “Administration and management of team of intermediaries”, by the use of which it is possible to administer the receivables of advisors owed to the company and the enforcement orders of third parties against the advisors themselves. Amounts are deducted automatically from debtors as part of balancing before payment.
It is possible to manage the entire debt recovery process, including generation of repayment calendars.
Module via which the sales network of a customer will always be informed. It makes it possible to clearly display entered news to the advisors. The information sent can be targeted and can be linked, for example, to a certain category, policy or products.
It also allows individual notification of teams or a specific advisor, including recording of delivery notifications. Thereby the team manager has an overview of what information his subordinates have read.
